My Story
When I was 16, I started lifting weights to get stronger for footy. It worked... I got drafted to the AFL with the GWS Giants.
But after two hip surgeries and a broken leg, I got de-listed without playing a game. After years away from the game, I experienced the other side... I lost my athletic edge and lost my confidence.
