This is Dan...

Dan is a site manager in the gold fields of Western Australia and wanted to become more athletic and stronger in the contests...

But he didn't know how to best go about it with his busy schedule.... Therefore, he joined my program and dropped over 12kg of fat, gained muscle, became stronger, more explosive and improved his kicking. He did this all while working late shifts and overcoming shin splints from last season.

He has be dominating in the one's this year and has more time and energy to spend with his family.

This is Dylan....

Dylan "was the ultimate ressie" (his words) and wanted to get the most out of himself so he could finally get a game in the seniors... The Kicking Consultant aka Josh Growden is a High Performance Manager & expert kicking coach, making elite-level coaching accessible and affordable to all - not just the professionals. He holds a Masters degree in High Performance Sport from the University of Technology Sydney, and a Bachelors degree in Sports Science from Louisiana State University. He played for the GWS Giants when they first entered the AFL and then became a punter for American Football where he played in front of 100,000 people weekly!
