Who will be guiding you?

My name is Josh Growden, and played professional football in the Australian Football League.

 

But then I broke my leg, had two hips surgeries, and got de-listed. 

 

So I became a punter in American football where I played for one of the biggest colleges in America - LSU. I performed in front of 100,000 people weekly, while earning my Bachelors degree in Kinesiology. 

 

I was going to try and play professionally.

 

But then Covid happened.

So I returned to Australia, got my accreditation in Strength & Conditioning, earned a Masters in High Performance Sports, and started my online sports performance business.

 

Now, I help men like you improve your physical and mental wellbeing so you can look, feel, and live your best.

It's my job to make things as simple as possible for you so you can train well and focus on other areas of your life.

 

Therefore, the program will be provided to you in an easy-to-use app, so you don't even have to think -  no more walking around the gym like a headless chook trying to remember exercises you did in the past.

I will guide you along the way with 1-1 support, and you will join a private group with people just like you who will push you to be the best version of yourself.
